Caked Coffee is a two-in-one bakery and coffee shop offering vegan desserts and hot drinks. It’s ran by Raman Gill and Supreet Arora, a husband and wife duo who work as brokers on the side. We always wanted to open up a business together, hoping to show our young daughter the value of hard work and good ethics. We are both vegan, after making the diet switch, We noticed a growing sense of mental clarity and more energy in their daily lives.
With the desire to bring the same feeling to the High Park community, we decided to make all of our sweets 100 percent vegan, eliminating refined sugar in our recipes. We are located just a few blocks away from High Park, it’s a nice pit stop for those mid-lockdown walks to grab a hot drink and mozy over to the park. In the future when restrictions are lifted, you can look forward to spending time inside of the bakery cafe. Your study or work sessions will be elevated by the bright interior and giant patio in the back.
